We reshoot free for 14 days if a frame is soft or an angle is missing.

2.1Inquiry only.Nothing is sold or paid for on this site. There is no cart, no checkout and no card field anywhere. Every figure on these pages is an estimate of the basis we price on, not a binding quote. An inquiry sent through a form, the chat or by email creates no contract for either side.

An inquiry becomes an order in three moves. You tell us the bike count, sizes and where the bikes are. We reply in writing with a confirmed figure, a date and what you need to provide. You accept that reply in writing, by email is fine. Only then is the shoot booked. If the facts change afterwards (more bikes, a different location) we re-confirm in writing before we shoot.

2.2Fees.All prices are in US dollars. They are bases per bike, per SKU, per item or per visit, set out below and on the services page. What moves a figure: the number of bikes or items, whether they arrive clean, the distance to your site, extra frames beyond the stated set, and a turnaround faster than two working days. Travel beyond 25 miles from the studio is charged at $0.70 per mile. Sales tax is added where Texas law requires it.

We invoice when the files are delivered. The invoice lists the frame count, the retouching done (dust and background only) and any mileage. Payment is not taken through this site.

2.3Rescheduling and cancellation.Move or cancel any booking, whether a studio drop-off, a fleet visit or a location session, with 48 hours' notice and it costs nothing. Less notice than that on a rental fleet visit or a location session and we may charge the mileage already committed plus half the confirmed base, because the half day is gone. If rain or lightning is forecast for an outdoor shoot we call it off ourselves and rebook at no charge. We do not shoot wet bikes on location.

2.4Bikes in our care.A bike dropped at Station Road or collected by us is in our care from hand-over until you collect it or we return it. The nine frames we shoot are also its condition record, so wear, scratches and damage on arrival are on file with a timestamp. We clean dust off. We do not adjust gears, pump tyres beyond what the photograph needs, or ride the bike. If we damage a bike through our own handling, we pay the documented repair cost. We are not responsible for wear that was already there, for parts that fail from age, or for loose accessories left on the bike that you did not list at hand-over.

Bikes left uncollected more than 30 days after we notify you that the files are delivered may be charged storage at a rate we agree with you in writing before the 30 days start.

3.1Ownership.The text, photographs, diagrams, the Velorenta name and the logo on this site belong to Velorenta. You may link to any page. You may not copy the photographs, the 9-angle shot-plan diagram or the copy into your own site, listing or catalogue without written permission.

3.2Your licence.For a paid job, copyright in the frames stays with the studio and you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use them to list, sell, catalogue or rent the photographed items, on any marketplace, website, print sheet or social account, in any territory. You may crop and resize. You may not remove wear from the image and present it as the item's condition, sell the photographs themselves as stock, or pass them to a third party for use on a different item. A buyer of a listed bike may keep the listing images for their records.

We may show a small selection of your frames in our own portfolio. Tell us in writing before the shoot if you do not want that, and we will not.

4.1Acceptable use.You may not use the forms or the chat to send spam, advertising, malware or anything unlawful. You may not submit someone else's name, phone number or email without their say-so, probe or load-test the site, scrape it in bulk, try to reach areas not linked from the public pages, or pretend to be Velorenta. The forms carry hidden fields that catch automated submissions. Traffic that trips them is discarded without a reply.

4.2Disclaimers.The site and its information are provided as they are. We keep the price bases, turnaround times and specifications current, but a written confirmation for your job always overrides a figure on a page. We do not warrant that the site runs without interruption or error. A message sent while your connection drops may never reach us, so if you hear nothing within two working days, phone. Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising send paid clicks to this site, and Meta Ads does when a campaign runs there. How those platforms handle a click is set out on the cookies page and in the privacy policy, and we make no representation about those platforms' own services.

4.3Liability.For a booked job, our total liability to you is limited to the fee paid for that job, except for damage to a bike in our care under clause 2.4 and anything the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. We are not liable for lost sales, lost rental income, marketplace penalties or any indirect loss. For using this site without a booking, we accept no liability beyond what Texas law imposes.

4.4Termination.We may refuse an inquiry, close a chat, block an address from the forms or withdraw access to the site where these terms are broken, where the requested work falls outside the scope in clause 1.3, or where a message is abusive to the studio's staff. If we cancel a confirmed shoot for reasons of our own, we tell you in writing and charge nothing. Clauses 2.4, 3.1, 3.2 and 4.3 survive the end of any booking.

5.1Governing law.These terms and any booking made under them are governed by the law of Texas, United States. Any dispute is heard in the courts of Austin. Before anyone files anything, write to us: most disagreements over a frame are settled by a reshoot under clause 3.3.

5.2Changes.When these terms change, we publish the new text on this page with a new effective date at the top. If you have a shoot confirmed and not yet delivered, we email you the change and your job stays under the version in force on its confirmation date. There is no silent edit and no change backdated.
